Unlike traditional e-commerce where you buy first and hope for the best, MF Pehle Try lets you verify the fit, color, and fabric quality at your doorstep *before* any money is exchanged for the product.
This unique model is designed to eliminate 99% of typical return frustrations. You only buy the items that make you look and feel extraordinary.
2. On-the-Spot Decisions
During your trial session:
- Instant Rejection: If any item from your selection doesn’t meet your expectations, simply hand it back to our representative. No questions asked.
- No Commitment: There is no obligation to purchase any item you have selected for trial.
3. Returns After Purchase
Once an item is tried, verified, and purchased during the session, it is generally considered a final sale. However, we allow returns under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing Defects: If a defect is discovered within 48 hours of purchase that was not visible during the trial.
- Condition: The item must be in its original, unwashed, and unused condition with all tags intact.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
In the event of an approved return or order cancellation:
- Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Timeline: Once approved, the refund is initiated within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Convenience Fees
To maintain our premium concierge service, we apply the following fee structure:
- With Purchase: If you purchase any item during the trial, the convenience/delivery fee is Waived.
- No Purchase: If you choose not to purchase any items after a trial session, a nominal convenience fee of ₹200 will be charged to cover the logistics and styling time of our representative.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after purchase.
- Personalized or custom-made outfits requested specifically for the trial.
- Items where the brand tags or security seals have been removed.
