Is there a fee for the doorstep trial?
The trial service is complimentary if you purchase any item. For sessions where no purchase is made, a nominal convenience fee of ₹250 applies.
Can I try different sizes of the same product?
Absolutely! In fact, we recommend selecting two sizes if you are unsure, so you can find the perfect fit instantly.
Do you operate outside of major cities?
Currently, we are fully operational in Bangalore. For other locations, please contact us for special corporate or wedding trial bookings.
Can I request a specific brand not in the vault?
We are constantly expanding our curation. Send us your request via the form above, and our style team will try their best to source it for your trial.
